Scarification:  Not required, but may improve germination.  Scarify with sandpaper for better results.

Moisture: Keep soil lightly moist, not soggy.
Temperature: 75–85°F (21–29°C) for best results.
Germination Time: 12-30 days, possibly longer if unscarified.
