Cold Stratification: Optional. 2-4 weeks in a fridge is probably helpful for better germination.
Scarification: Not required.
Sowing Depth: 1/8″ deep in well-draining seed-starting mix.
Moisture: Keep soil lightly moist, not soggy. Don't let small seedlings dry out. They get more tolerant to drying out as they get bigger and are fine on their own once established in the ground.
Temperature: 65–75°F (21–29°C) for best results.
Germination Time: 7-21 days, possibly longer if not cold stratified.
