30 Ashwagandha Seeds.  The roots are harvested for use in a tea.  

Homegrown seed.  Collected in 2024.  Germination tested April 2025.  Germination is 80%, taking an average 10 days outside with highs around 90F.  Seeds have been tested up to 2 years later with no difference in germination rate.

Water Requirements: low-medium.
